Join us at New York's The Tea Gallery to experience 2 full days of instruction, and learn the knowledge and skills for becoming a tea master. The program covers the six components of the Fundamental Program, and prepares individuals for the IMTA Certified Tea Master (CTM) Exam.

Understanding Tea - An introduction to Chinese tea art.
Discover the history, cultivation, processing, varieties, culture, and rituals of Chinese tea. Students will taste a broad variety of tea, and receive hands-on instruction in the performance of Chinese tea rituals. At the end of the course, students will be accompanied to a Chinese teahouse. Materials are included in the course fee.
