Tasting Event – The Allure of Puer Tea

Our tasting event will guide you through the fascinating flavour transformations of naturally aged Puer tea. Participants will learn how to select, and store Puer tea, and also understand how to properly brew aged tea.

Understanding Tea – An Introduction to Chinese Tea Art

Discover the history, cultivation, processing, varieties, culture, and rituals of Chinese tea. Students will taste a broad variety of tea, and receive hands-on instruction in the performance of Chinese tea rituals. At the end of the course, students will be accompanied to a Chinese teahouse. Materials are included in the course fee.
